After a Commerce Commission investigation, a $1.6 million settlement with Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited has been reached.
The investigation was launched after complaints from the telecommunications industry were received alleging that Telecom Wholesale’s ‘loyalty offers’ breached Telecom’s Separation Undertakings.
