| Jason MacDonald -- CIO of Kirstin School -- speaks about what drives ICT development in the organisation, and navigates and gets its direction in this field. They experiment in a high-technology sandpit where they can test ideas and learn from mistakes, and they network with colleagues in other sectors so that they are able to steer the organisation in the right direction. Kirstin must put in place an ICT infrastructure that will support what they need today along with all that they might want to do in the future. All of this is innovation is centred on the people's needs.
