We are looking for an experienced, proactive and driven Account Director to join the Kordia Sales & Marketing team focused on Connectivity, Voice, Cyber Security and Cloud solutions.
Reporting through to the Head of Sales, the Account Director will be responsible for new revenue opportunities, bid management, developing new customers and retention of some existing accounts.
The Account Director takes a leadership role with the end to end process both with the customer and internally of scoping new opportunities and initiatives through to final implementation.
To be successful in this role:
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in business-to-business sales and have proven ability to generate new business and develop business opportunities into tangible results.
You will hold an appropriate tertiary qualification and have a strong customer orientation with an ability to understand business issues, customise solutions and add real value to clients. You will be effective at developing relationships at all levels in enterprise businesses in New Zealand and are likely to have a number of contacts at this level. High level presentation and written communication skills are essential.
