Receptionist

We specialise in designing, building, operating and maintaining social and business critical communications systems throughout Australasia.  Kordia encompasses a comprehensive portfolio of business units including Kordia Solutions, Kordia Networks, Content Services, Maritime Communications and Cyber Security.

The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join  Kordia in our Auckland Office. 

You will be involved with a variety of tasks including:

  • Front end Receptionist duties
  • Greeting and assisting internal and external customers
  • Managing phones and meeting rooms 
  • Providing administrative support to multiple business units as needed
  • Ensuring Kitchen/ bathrooms and office areas are kept cleaned and maintained
  • Managing stationary and kitchen supplies 
  • Entering all relevant sales opportunities and details into CRM Database 
  • Provide assistance with updating documents on Sharepoint
  • Assist with SAP processes including creating purchase orders, expenses and timesheets 

ABOUT YOU
 
We are targeting candidates who will fit into, and promote, our culture of exceptional customer service.  Your skills and experience should include:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer service facing role
  • Proven administration experience, including the ability to effectively prioritise and self-manage to ensure all tasks are completed 
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and written/ oral communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
