We specialise in the telecommunications, cyber security, broadcast and maritime sectors and have been delivering innovative and reliable solutions to customers for over 60 years. We have a strong presence trans-tasman with over 700 dedicated staff in the Kordia Group.

The role
Reporting through to the Head of Pursuits, the Account Director will be responsible for new revenue opportunities, bid management and developing new customers. The Account Director takes a leadership role with the end to end process both with the customer and internally of scoping new opportunities and initiatives through to final implementation.

Who we are looking for
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in business-to-business sales and have proven ability to generate new business and develop business opportunities into tangible results. You will hold an appropriate tertiary qualification and have a strong customer orientation with an ability to understand business issues, customise solutions and add real value to clients. 

You will be effective at developing relationships at all levels in enterprise businesses in New Zealand and are likely to have a number of contacts at this level. High level presentation and written communication skills are essential.
