Account Support Representative

We have a strong presence Trans-Tasman with over 700 dedicated staff in the Kordia Group.
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and driven Account Support Representative to join the Kordia Sales & Marketing team.
Reporting through to the Head of Sales, this role will be responsible for:

  • Account Management of a portfolio of smaller accounts including monitoring current service contracts and identifying new opportunities
  • Working closely with the Account Managers on progress and issues regarding to the delivery of services to customers
  • Providing Administration support to the sales team
  • Document quality and control
  • Resolving escalations and process improvements.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Administration. You will have a strong customer orientation with a desire to understand customers issues, find solutions and add tangible value to our customers.

You have a desire to achieve in sales and enjoy the sales process. You will hold an appropriate tertiary qualification(s) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or other and a knowledge of core business tools and systems. Strong experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlooks, SharePoint and Mircrosoft CRM and an understanding of Basic Accounting.
