What is the opportunity?

We have been experiencing significant growth in our networks and cyber security business units where presales is a critical function. Here is your opportunity to lead a very capable presales team, with a strong brand behind you and a proud history of customer delivery.

This is a key leadership role within Sales where you and your team scope and design technical solutions either for our existing customers or potential new ones. The role is critical in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring we deliver on our ambitions of zero % customer churn and an industry leading customer experience.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a confident, passionate and credible people-person who is technically adept.  You'll likely also have the following skills/attributes 

  • Experienced in leading a technical team
  • Technical pre-sales or similar experience in designing customer solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen related to the IT & T industry, with specific experience in the design and delivery of WAN, LAN, WLAN, SDWAN and Voice solutions including VoIP and SIP
  • Commercial acumen
  • Customer focus
  • A relevant tertiary or industry qualification
