Kordia has appointed Willo Chapman to the newly created role of Head of Sales - Cyber, Cloud and Connectivity, as the company accelerates its strategy to help New Zealand organisations stay connected and thrive in an increasingly digital world.
In this pivotal role, Chapman will lead Kordia’s specialist salespeople across all facets of its telecommunications, cloud and cyber-security managed services, as well as consulting under the Aura Information Security brand.
He will also oversee the Client Lead team responsible for growing new and existing customer accounts.
Reporting to Glen White, Executive General Manager - Cyber, Cloud and Connectivity, Chapman will play a key role in delivering on Kordia’s ambition to be the trusted partner of choice for organisations navigating digital transformation, technology complexity and evolving cyber security threats. He is based in Auckland.
White says the appointment strengthens Kordia’s ability to respond to fast-shifting market needs.

A seasoned sales leader, Chapman has more than 20 years’ experience in the technology sector in both New Zealand and the UK. Most recently he led ASEAN sales for Harness, an enterprise DevOps platform, driving new business growth and partner engagement. Prior to that he served as APAC Sales Leader for IriusRisk, where he launched and scaled the company’s regional go-to-market strategy.

Also joining the team is Despi Neal, appointed to the newly created role of Client Management Lead, reporting to Chapman. Neal brings a wealth of sales experience, having most recently spent two years at Devoli and previously holding senior roles at Pareto and Adecco. Based in Auckland, she will lead Kordia’s Client Managers, focusing on strengthening customer relationships and driving long-term value.
