Backlog problems cleared
Dropped calls and quality problems faced by Aqua Cars because of poor telephone services are a thing of the past now the company has switched to Kordia. The line quality is very good now; we can talk to clients without calls being dropped.
“Quality issues and dropped calls were costing us business. We even had a few days where the phones went down all day. We had a backlog of 1300 calls the next two days.
“Not being able to engage with customers on the telephone was a disaster for us,” says Business Development Manager Roy Gormley.
We hardly noticed the Kordia team here with the switchover and when they’d finished, our telephone consistency improved significantly. The system never went down and the overall call quality was way better.
A big plus for Aqua Cars has been Kordia’s dedicated service team.
“Not that we have ever needed them,” Gormley says. “But if the phones ever go down again we know we can get immediate assistance with qualified engineers to get it back up.
“We feel completely confident knowing experts are close at hand to assist us if any troubles do arise,” says Gormley.
Now Aqua Cars is growing its business.
